APTA SOLUTIONS & PARTNERS, a company dedicated to IT CONSULTING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES, and its subsidiaries (Tricise Iberia SL, Tricise SAS, and Tricise SRL), commit to complying with the requirements specified by clients, legal and regulatory requirements (including environmental legislation and regulations and other requirements that the organization may subscribe to), and to protecting the environment and continuously improving the Integrated Management System (Quality and Environment).
This document also sets the framework for establishing and reviewing Quality and Environmental objectives and goals, aiming to achieve the following general objectives:
- Ensure that our service quality satisfies the client by describing their needs and listening carefully to their complaints, claims, and suggestions.
- Increase customer satisfaction (needs and expectations) through the effective application of the Integrated Management System, reducing the number of incidents that may affect the organization’s activity.
- Continuously improve the Integrated Management System and its processes.
- Provide the necessary resources to maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System.
- Improve relationships with suppliers and subcontractors (communication) to gradually reduce incidents in deliveries and non-conformities related to these suppliers, generally improving the level of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support the use of processes aimed at minimizing the consumption of energy, water, fuels, and other natural resources, as well as the number of emissions, effluents, and waste generated, to mitigate the impact and adapt to climate change, as far as technically and economically possible.
To achieve this, the company must strive to:
- Improve coordination between company departments (internal communication).
- Improve staff training.
- Ensure the quality level offered and the reliability of the work carried out.
All this with the goal of improving service to clients, consolidating the company’s position in the market, and guaranteeing the improvement of profitability.
In summary, the Management of APTA SOLUTIONS & PARTNERS seeks continuous improvement through the setting of quality and environmental objectives and their continuous review within the framework established by this document.
The heads of the various company departments recognize the authority that the Quality and Environmental Management Policy holds, delegated expressly by the Management. They also commit to disseminating the guidelines and objectives formulated by the company’s Management in terms of Quality and Environment among their department staff.
This Quality and Environmental Policy is available to the public at the facilities of APTA SOLUTIONS & PARTNERS.
