Adding value to the customer in a transversal way throughout the organisation; breaking down silos between departments and helping our customers to grow in a sustainable way. This was the basis for the latest event organised by the Italian delegation of Apta Solutions (Tricise Group) in Milan. With the theme Build your future, attendees were able to learn first-hand how, with Broadcom technologies, the know-how of our consultants, and the experience of our own customers, organisations can level up and achieve excellence.

The Palaccio delle Stelline was the venue for the presentation of Apta Solutions (Tricise) in Italy. A very appropriate setting in a professional context, where we were able to show our international consulting capabilities, as a strategic partner of Broadcom (Tier 1) in Europe and Expert Advantage partner.

Our colleagues from the Italian delegation were great hosts. Fabio Montini, from the communications department, acted as master of ceremonies, building as a common thread between the different presentations that took place.

Vito Francesco Mazzotta, Broadcom Software Group

First up was Vito Francesco Mazzotta, Regional Technology Officer at Broadcom, who gave his presentation entitled “Broadcom Software Group”, which put into context Broadcom’s predominant status as a global technology leader in the design, development and delivery of software solutions, as well as its strategic position in the immediate future.

Matteo Marino, and Claudia Aspesi: Apta Solutions – Broadcom, a winning partnership

Then it was the turn of Apta Solutions’ co-founder and Managing Partner, Matteo Marino, and the Sales Manager in Italy, Claudia Aspesi, who presented the company’s excellent figures and the value proposition to our customers.

– As an example of this commitment to continuous improvement and this value proposition, Apta Solutions presented the Customer Centric Portal, a platform through which our customers can access all the information, support and resources they require from Broadcom products for the proper execution of their respective projects.

– There was also time to unveil the ValueOps (Clarity and Rally) add-on Value Stream Views, an innovative add on, whose mission is to show powerful and visual dashboards very well designed, through which the user can interact tactilely with the screen.

– Making continuous changes, efficient launches and improving the user experience, these are the functionalities of the Clarity 3C add-on (Configuration Control for Clarity), another add-on that we had the opportunity to present to our customers during the event.


Stefania D’Alessandro, Clarity Roadmap

The conference had two distinct sections: ValueOps and AIOps. The first one took place during the morning. The main session was led by Stefania D’Alessandro, Solution Engineering, Clarity & Rally at Broadcom, who gave the presentation “The Clarity Roadmap“, through which attendees were able to learn the way to get the most out of the solution: new ux, roadmap, strategic portfolio, or the collaborative environment, were some of the key points of her presentation. In short, strategies to unlock the value of Clarity through connection, agility and efficiency.

Digix, Customer Experience ValueOps

And since deeds are better than words, to endorse all this theory, we had the opportunity to see first-hand how Clarity contributed to the implementation of agility and the improvement of innovation in a major financial institution in Italy. From the hand of Apta’s Tier 2 in Italy, Digix, we learned how the leading PPM tool has been able to improve the user experience of our customers quickly, accelerating initiatives and improving Value Stream Management.

Lunch and networking

After this brilliant presentation, with the participation of our client, it was time for lunch, where we had the opportunity to share all the presentations through an interesting networking.

Fernando Nogueras: Achieve Operational Excellence with AIOps from Broadcom

The AIOps segment was the main protagonist of the resumption of the event. Fernando Nogueras, Territory Manager and Solution Engineering in EMEA at Broadcom, opened the session with the presentation: Achieve Operational Excellence with AIOps from Broadcom, in which he explained, through consistent arguments, how to have an agile and efficient operational infrastructure in our organisation thanks to artificial intelligence operations.

Xavier Mahavé: Monitoring your unmanaged network

This was followed by a presentation by Xavier Mahavé. The Sales Director of Apta Solutions (Tricise Group) presented the session: “Monitoring your unmanaged network”, in which we understood how, through a combination of real-time performance monitoring and machine learning-driven analytics, Broadcom’s software comprehensively helps our customers to achieve success through unified visibility on a large scale. In addition, we had the opportunity to learn about the new Broadcom AppNeta acquisition, a perfect complement to AIOps deployments, as it extends the traditional view into ISP, SaaS and cloud provider networks. This enables complete visibility of delivery, to any user, on any device, over any network, from anywhere in the world.

Luigi Benocci: Solution Engineering at Broadcom

Luigi Benocci, Solution Engineering at Broadcom, was in charge of presenting the DX Operational Intelligence vision and strategy, through a presentation in which we experienced how AIOps allows us to turn monitoring into observability.

Domenico Cotugno: Manager Automation Customer Success and Support at Apta Solutions (Tricise Group)

The session ended with a remote presentation given by Domenico Cotugno. The Manager Automation Customer Success and Support at Apta Solutions (Tricise Group) showed us the functionalities of Broadcom Automation solutions, Dollar Universe and Automic Automation and the ability of the Tricise Group to offer support for all Broadcom products anywhere in Europe, but in the local language of our customers.

Closure and wine tasting

The event concluded with a delicious wine tasting in a place full of charm, history and culture such as the Palazzo delle Stelline, in the heart of Milan, with its Chiostro della Magnolia, the black and white floor by Bobo Piccoli, a true work of art that was testimony to the event organised by Apta Solutions (Tricise Group) in collaboration with Broadcom Software, a success both from the point of view of professional relations, as well as the spirit and good atmosphere among the attendees.
